The school in Llanfaethlu, Anglesey, was a project where we installed Roof Cassettes over a steel frame and joined them to Hay Bale filled walls externally. We were commissioned to install highly insulated long spanning roof cassettes, enveloping the steel elements to ensure minimal cold bridging.
The project was over 2000m sq with 125 individual cassettes, including separating dwarf walls and some load bearing timber frame. The project was completed on time and budget in 5 weeks. Working with Wynne Construction was a great experience, their commitment and dedication to assisting the project and operatives working on it, is testament to their partnering mentality.
